Nobell is creating animal-free cheese that actually melts.
I’ve written extensively for Nobell in support of the scientific, culinary, and philosophical advancement of cheese. That includes social copy as well as longer form content like blog posts, newsletters, and research, all in Nobell’s signature voice that blends the scientific, absurd, and profound.
Among my pieces are an art history treatise of the pizza box, a guide on harnessing nuclear fusion to reheat day-old pizza, and a comprehensive study of the aerodynamics of various cheeses (AKA Dairodynamics).
